One Night Only! Come join us at Birch & Rye in SF for our collab dinner with Chef Anya El-Wattar of Birch & Rye.. On the surface, it’s hard to find similarities between Russian, Dominican & East African cultures but when we look deeper, we find that food is a universal connector and at its core Chef Nelson and Chef Anya both represent the food they grew up with at home cooked by these that loved them the most.
First Course - Little Gem Salad with roasted beets, fried plantains, spiced candied walnuts ~

Third Course - Smoked Sturgeon with rye bread and Bacalao with white bread ~
Fourth Course - Braised Oxtail Stew ~
