Chef Nelson will be co-hosting Indie Chefs’ “Road to COMMUNE: Oakland” for 3 nights of incredible dinners on September 29th, September 30th, and October 2nd here in Oakland. Indie Chefs Community (ICC) is a traveling dinner event series, whose mission is to set the stage for chefs to network, bond, and inspire each other through collaborative pop-up dinners in markets across the country. Each night will feature a different lineup of chefs, unique and exclusive menus, and a multi-course culinary experience. Chef Nelson and co-hosts Reem Assil and Casey Nunes have helped craft a talented roster of local, regional, and visiting acclaimed chefs from across the US.
